The housing project is composed by a building of 36 flats and commercial premises with 5 floors over the ground level, under cover, basement and lower grand floor.

The development is determined by the superposition of urban determining factors, but also by the slope of the plot.

A unique access platform is created over the unfavourable level in order to generate a cohabiting space, which will work as an accessible entrance for all the flats. An interior emptiness is connected with the street and filled with vegetable spaces.

The ground floor is allocated towards commercial premises, and it is suggested that one of them will be the Civic Centre of Cambeses. The remaining floors over the ground level, are for flats.
