Using as a base the project already designed by Jose Antonio Padron, a complete restoration of a protected building, near to “As Burgas”, takes place.

According to the volume, the exterior configuration is respected, but also the interior design, which separates two properties with different levels.

After emptying the building, a new structure was constructed in order to completely stiffen the building.

During the same process, a lift is introduced and the existing staircase restored, in order to allow one unique circulation around the building.

The structure will be visible from every space once it is consolidated. In addition, the dividing wall made of straw and clay in the staircase are, is restored.
